Automatic renewal
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year at the then-disclosed price unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
How to cancel
The account owner may request cancellation from the billing area or by emailing billing@peekassist.com from the account email. Include the organization name and do not include card details.
Effective date
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period.
Confirmation
Peek Assist records the request and sends confirmation when automatic renewal has been disabled. Keep that confirmation for your records.
Account data
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the account or historical security, billing, consent, and audit records that must be retained.
